We do not expect people to arrive at a major life decision quickly. Our three residency pathways are designed to meet each person where they are — whether they are simply curious, seriously considering, or ready to settle in.
The Discovery Day Visit requires almost nothing of you beyond showing up. The Extended Comfort Stay gives a full month to absorb daily life without pressure. The Permanent Home Membership is for those who have decided, and want to do so properly.
Many of our long-term residents moved through all three stages. Others knew from a single day. We respect both paths equally.

Discovery Day Visit
A guided one-day introduction designed for individuals and families at the very beginning of their consideration. You will move through the property at your own pace — visiting living suites, the dining areas, garden spaces, and activity rooms — with time for questions and quiet observation.
What is included:
- Full guided tour of the residence and grounds
- Shared lunch with current residents and staff
- Time to observe daily rhythms in the community
- Personalized information folder to take home
- Follow-up conversation within one week
How the day unfolds:
Morning arrival and welcome — introduction to the day's host and brief overview of what to expect
Walking tour of suites, gardens, dining areas, activity rooms, and communal spaces
Shared lunch — a natural opportunity to sit with residents and experience the atmosphere
Afternoon questions and reflection — no pressure, no sales conversation, simply open dialogue
Departure with information folder; follow-up call scheduled for the following week
Extended Comfort Stay
A month-long trial residency for those who want to understand what daily life at Rim Suan genuinely feels like — not as a guest, but as a resident. You will have your own furnished room, take all meals in the dining hall, and participate in the community's normal rhythm of activities and gatherings.
What is included:
- Private furnished room for the full month
- All daily meals with dietary accommodation
- Housekeeping services throughout the stay
- Full participation in all community activities
- Personal host assigned for the first week
- Tailored activity suggestion list based on your interests
- End-of-stay reflection meeting
A typical week might include:
Morning garden walks and optional guided exercises
Communal lunches and dinners with fellow residents

Weekly outing to Hua Hin market or coastal areas
Permanent Home Membership
The full long-term residency arrangement for those who have decided that Rim Suan is where they would like to live. This is not a care placement — it is a home, with the structure and support that makes daily life feel well-held and genuinely comfortable.
